wangAs, the Federal Realty Corporation, a oorporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
has filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a sub-
division of the following property, lying and being in Dade
County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the Vest Bali (Vi) of the
Southeast Quarter (SEA) of the Ilorthwest
quarter (NW) of Section 5, Township 54
South, Range 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Plagler Pines No. 1", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the
Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COYAMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAtdI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this let day of February, A. D. 1926.
