ORDINANCE NO. 595.
AN ORDINANCE AOCEPTtNG THE DAD/CATION
OP TNT STREETS, AVENUES AND HIGHWAYS
IN THE SUBDIVISION TO BE XN WN AS
"NATOMA PLAZA".
WHEREAS, the Coral Gables Investment Co., a cor-
poration organized and existing under the laws of the State
of Florida, has filed with the Director of Public Service
w a plat of a subdivision of the following property, lying and
being in Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the South Haif (Si) of the
North Haif (Ni) of the Southwest ;uarter (S14)
of the Northeast Zuarter (N' -) and all of the
South Half (Si) of the Southwest C;uarter (Sv)
of the Northeast ,Zuarter (nil lying North of
the F.E.C. Ry. right-of-way. Section 15,
Twp. 54 South, Rge. 41 "Last,
said subdivision to be known as "Natoma Plaza", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the
Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted and oonfirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, Ai. D. 1926.

WHEREAS, the Coral Gables invest-
ment Co., a corporation organised and
ekisting under the laws ot the State of
Florida. has riled with the Director of
Public Service a plat of a subdivision of
the following property, lying and being In
Dade County, State ot Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the South Halt
(S%) of the North Halt (N%) of the
Southweat Quarter (SWj4) of the
Northeast Quarter (NICE,() atui all of
the South Half (S3) of the Southwest
Quarter (SW) of the Northeast
Quarter (N1 4) lying North of the
P. E. C. liy, right-of-way. Section 16,
Twp. 64 South, lige. 61 East.
said subdivision to be known as 'Natoma
Plana," and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Ser.
vice has approved said plat as complying
with all the provisions of the Charter of
the City of Miami and the rules and regu-

vice, and
WHEREAS. the said plat shows the
dedication of ceruttn streets, avenues and
highways to the perpetual use of the pub-
lic for proper purposes
NOW. THEREFORE, DPI IT OR-
DAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OP MIAMI: That the dedi-
cation of the streets, avenues and high-
way* to said subdivision, as shown by
said plat, be. and the same are hereby,
accepted; and confirmed by the City off
Mlamt.
