1011mASI L, T. Cooper and Athe1 M. Cooper, his wife,
have filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of
a subdivision of the following property, lying and being in
Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the South Ralf (ail of the
South Half (Si) of the Northwest Quarter (ri'Ms)
of the Southeast Quarter (SEA) of Section 6,
Township 53 South, Range 42 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Plaza Federal", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the
Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
came are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AID ADOPTED this let day of February. A. D. 1926.

DEDICATION OF THE STREETS,
AVENUES AND HIOHWAYS IN THE
SUBDIVISION TO BE KNOWN AS
"PLAZA FEDERAL."
WHEREAS, L. T. Cooper and Ethel M.
Cooper, his wife, have tiled with the Di-
rector of Public Service a plat of a Nub -
division Of the following property, lying
and being In Dade County, State of Flor-
ida, to -wit:
A subdivision .of the South Halt
(S%) of -the South Halt (135) of the
Northwest Quarter (NWs4) of the
Southeast Quarter (8E14) of Section 6.
Township 63 South. Range 42 East,
Southh,, Range 42 East,
raid subdivision , to be known as "Plana
Federal," and
WHEREAS, the Director' at Public Ser-
vice has approved said'plat as complying
with all the provisions at the Chatter of
the. City of Miami and the rules and reg-
ulations of the Department of Public Ser-
vice, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the
dedication of certain streets, avenues and
highways to the perpetual use of the pub-
lic for proper purposes.
