MMUS, W. A. Torbert and Maria Torbert, his Wife, have
filed with the Director of Phblic Service a plat of a subdivision
of the following property, lying and being in Dade County, State
of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the West Ralf (Y) of the South-
west Quarter (Si.) of the Southeast Quarter (SW
of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section 16,
Twp. 54 South, Rge. 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Torbertville", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the
Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, A. D. 1926.
