WaBREAS, B. It. Jaudort and Dilly Harley daudon, hie wife,
have filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a
subdivision of the following property, lying and being in Dade
County, State of Florida, to -wit:
Tract No, 5 of C. C. Hughes Subdivision of the
North Ralf (Ni) of the North Half (Nil of the
Southwest Quarter (Stiff) of the Northwest Quarter
(f ` -) of Section 9, Twp. 54 South, Rge. 41 East
as recorded in Book 1, Page 61, Public Records
of Dade Coux)ty, Florida,
said subdivision to be known as "Eugenia Groves Park", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, 'i'i3EREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED ED BY TR ; COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted acid oonfirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January, A. D. 1926.
