4 RESOLUTION MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FROM
CERTAIN BOND FUNDS TO TER .ACCOUNTS 4JW
OPERATIONS HPREINAFTER SET FORTH.
WHEREAS, to facilitate and expedite the work under various
Bond Funds, it is deemed advisable to set-up balanoes in the
following accounts so that requisitions for materials and pay-
rolls for labor used in the various work may be made without the
necessity of adopting Resolutions weekly,
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RIMMED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MLAMI:
Section 1. That the sum of $31,000.00 is hereby approprriatsd
from New Bridges Bond Fund BS-6 to the following aocounts in the
amounts set opposite same, to -wit:
Salaries 427,000.00
Stationery & Offioe supplies . . 300.00
Furniture & Fixtures . . • . 200.00
Postage, Telf. & Telg 200.00
Instruments 700.00
Motor Equipment . 1,500.00
Garage charges 1,100.00
Section 2. That the sum of ;35,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from Street Widening Bond Fund B-58 to Engineering and other expenses.
Section 3. That the calm of C94, 200.00 is hereby appropriated
from Harbor Bond Fund B-46& to the following a000unts and operations
in the amounts set opposite same, to -wit:
Dredging & Filling, Causeway Wharf . . ,062,500.00
Ordinary Dredging Operations in Channel . 2,500.00
Repairs & maintenance of Float. Rquipt. . 3,000.00
Survey expense on New Terminals 17, 000.00
Other Engineering Expense:
Dredging . . *2,000.
Turning Basin . . 4,200.
Wharves & Dooks . . 3,000. 9,200.00
