WHEREAS, it is equitable that the City of stand the
expense of relocating said pole line,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE6OLV1) BY '211:1 001,6117 OF
CITY OF MIAMIE:
Section 1. That the Director of Finanoe be, and he i3 hereby,
authorized and direwted to pay to the said Southern Bell Telephone
and Telegraph Company the amm of 4;250.00 for expenses incurred by
them in relocating their pole line to provide for a 48 foot road-
way, after having been advised by the City to set back their pole
line to provide for a 39 foot roadway.
deletion 2. That the said sum of $250.00 is hereby appropri-
ated from Street Widening Bond Fund for the purpose aforesaid.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of september, A. D. 1926.
