NOTICE FOR OBJECTIONS TO SEWER ILTROVEIONT

WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported that J. L. Kelley
Construction Company have completed the improvements in Diatriot
Sr-218 under Contract Sr-80 in accordance with the plans and
specifications for said improvements, and.
WEEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication of a
notice for objections of persons interested in and affected by
said improvements as to the acceptance thereof by the Commission,
NOW, HEREi'ORE, B IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY CU MIAMI: That the City Clerk be, and, he is hereby, author-
ized and directed to publish a notice in a newspaper published in
the City of Miatai tht at a meetin of the City Commission to be
