RESOLUTION NO. 2931.
A RESOLUTION WAIVING OBJECTIONS TO PROPOSED
DREDGING AND WHARF AZ POINT VIEW ON BISCAYNE
BAY BY FRANK B. SauTTS AND DECLARING SAME
WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH PLAN OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI FOR mmtLOPMENT OF WATER FRONT.
BE IT RESOL11ED BY THE COMMISSION OF TBE CITY OF MIAMI:
That the City Commission, for and on belmlf of the City of
Miami, Florida does hereby waive objections to proposed dredg-
ing and. conitruction of wharf on Biscayne Bay for Frank B. Shutts
opposite "POINT VIEW", as shown on blueprints prepared by Watson
& Garris, Civil Engineers, dated April 15th, 1926, and the Com-
mission hereby declared that said, dredging and wharf will not
interfere with the plan of the City of laud for development and
improvement of the water front.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of Augus A. D. 1926.
