A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TIM BID OF AND AWARD -CO.
ING CONTRACT TO J. L. NELT.EY CONSTRUCTION/FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS IN SEWER IM-
PROVEMENT DISTRICT 200, 206, 207, 209 AND IN
SANITARY LATERAL DISTRICT SA. L. 18; AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT,
DESIGNATED CONTRACT SR-76.
WHEREAS upon tabulation of bids received. August 23rd, 1926,
for the construction of sanitary sewers in Serer Improvement Dis-
tricts 200, 206, 207, 209 and. in Sanitary Lateral Improvement Di6-
triet Sa. 1. 18, it appears that the bid. Of J. M. Kelley Construe
tion Company is the lowest and best bid received;
NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TH COLTUSSION OF THE CITY
OF riAmr. :
Section 1. That the bid of J. L. Kelley Construction Company
for the construction of Sanitary sewers in Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ment Districts 200, 206, 207, 209 and the construction of sanitary
laterals in District Sa.I.le at and for the unit prices set forth
in their proposal received .ugust 23rd, 1926, be, and the same is
hereby, accepted and contract for the work, designated Contract Sr-
76, is hereby awardedto said J. L. Kelley Construction Company.
Section 2.That the Actin,: City Kanar-er be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf o.L the City of
Yiami, contract with said J. L. Kelley Construction Compan7 for the
aid worh accordinL to plans and specification therefor.
