CONTRACT TO J. L. KELLEY

EXECUTION OF SAIDCONTRA
SR-82.
THE B/D OF AND AWARDING
CONSTRUCTION COEPANY
212 ANDAUTHORIZING THE
CT, DESIGNATED CONTRACT
WHEREAS, upon tabulation of bids received August 23rd, 1926,
for the construction of storm sewers in Storm Sewer Improvement
District 212 it appears that the bid of J. L. Kelley Construction
Company is the lowest and best bid received for the said work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI:
Section 1. That the bid of J. L. Kelley Construction Company
for the construction of storm sewers in Sewer Improvement District
212, at and for the unit prices set forth in their proposal received
August 23rd, 1926, be, and the same is hereby, accepted and contract
for the work, designated Contract Sr-82, is hereby awarded to said.
J. L. Kelley Construction Company.
Section 2. That the Acting City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Miami, con-
tract with said. J. L. Kelley Construction Company for the said work
according to the plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of August, A. D. 1926.
