!VIERAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M., August 23rd, 1926, after legal notice, heard all.
objections presented by interested persons to the confirmation
of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 315, and the plans
specifications and estimate of cost thereof, and no objection
was sustained;
NOW, TIETC•PO.'E, BE IT RESOLVED BY MT. COILIISSI ON OF TEE CITY
OF That Resolution No. 2878, adopted August 9th, 1926,
ordering Highway Improvement 315, be, and the same is hereby,
confirmed.
PASSED AND _IDOP "s 23rd day of August, A. D. 1926.
