RESOLUTION NO. 2924.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACTING CITY MANAGER
TO PURCHARE CERTAIN LAND NII:ESSARY IN WIDENING
BISCAYNE BOULEVARD AND TO PAY FOR SAME THE PRICES
SET FORTH HEREIN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIANI:
That the City City Manager be, and he is hereby, author-
ized and direoted to acquire by purobase, for and on behalf
of the City of Miami, such land in the approximate amounts
herein set forth and described as is neoessary to widen Bis»
oayne Boulevard (N. E. Third avenue) , and to pay for same
the prices set opposito the respective desoriptions, to -wit:
Last 15 feet of Lot 4, Block 11, Edgewater,
from Charles V. Baumgardner. . ;5,000.
west 15 feet of Lot S, 1'locl: 7, Edgewater,
from w. L. Miller,12,000.
