A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND
CITY ATTORNEY TO TAPS NECESSARY STEPS TO HAVE
REMOVED THE HOUSES SITUATED ON THE PROPERTY
PURCHASED FROM MESSRS. THREADGILL AND CUSHMAN
FOR OPENING BISCAYNE BOULEVARD IN THE EvEn
THE SAID HOUSES ARE NOT REMOVED WITHIN TEN DAYS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That the City Manager and the City Attorney be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to take the neces-
sary steps to have removed the houses situated on the proper-
ty purchased by the City of Amami; for opening and widening
Biscayne Boulevard, from Messrs. Threadgill and Cushman in
the event said houses are not removed after ten days/ written
notice.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, A. D. 1926.
