CONTINGEW FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING
NOTE OF AM'ERICAN-LAPRANCE FIRE ENGINE COM-
PANY MADE BY CITY OF COCONUT GROVE, PRIOR
TO t ak : TION BY CITY OF MIAYT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TTTE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That the euzn of 02, 332. 00 is hereby appropriated from
the Contingent Fund for the purpose of paying the note held
by American laFranoe Fire Engine Company in the amount of
02200.00, made by the City of Coconut Grove, prior to the
annexation of said City of Coconut Grove to the City of
Miami, for fire truck, together with interest due on said
note.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, A. D.
1926.
