A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT SR.166A.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMUISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAm7:
That a looal improvement desoribed and designated as follows
shall be made Under Seotion 56, City Charter:
Sanitary Sewer Improvement 166.-A, as follows:
Laying an 8-inch Vitrified Sanitary Sewer at or near the
center of NW 31st Street, from NW 5th Avenue to NW 6th Avenue.,
complete with necessary manholes, connections and appurtenances.
Laying 10 -6-inch Cast Iron Laterals to connect said sewer
to the property line of the following lots and parcels:
NORTHERN BOULEVARD:
Block 9, Lot 1 and Lots 4 to 12, inol.
and laying 2 -8" Cast Iron Laterals to connect said sewer to the
property line, Dade County, B. P. I:
NORTHERN BOULEVARD:
Block 6, Lots 13 to 22, incl.
Relaying street and sidewalk pavements and curbs and gutters
where such relaying is made necessary by the improvement.
The property against which special assessments for the cost
thereof shall be made is hereby designated Distriot Sr-166-A.
PASSED LND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, A. D. 1926.
