A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF BILLS OF
CHESTER B. MASSLICH FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
IN RELATION TO THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF $11605,
000 BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES AND $3,550,0 0
MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
1. That the bill of Cheater B. Masalioh for professional
services in connection with the issuance and sale of $1,605,000
Harbor Bond Antioipation Notes in the amount of $757.31 is hereby
approved and the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to pay
same.
2. That the bill of Chester B. Masslich for professional
services in connection with the issuance and sale of $3,550,000
Municipal Improvement Bonds in the amount of $2,534.64 is hereby
approved and the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to pay
same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, A. D. 1926.
