A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVIDENT S&-67.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a local improvement described and designated as follows,
shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement Sk. 67, ad follows:
On the East Bide of Bisoayne Boulevard, from 13th Street to
a point 115 feet South of the South line of N. E. 33rd Street; also
from a point 114.5 feet North of the North line of N. E. 33rd Street
to a point 206.43 feet North of the North property line of N. E.
39th Street.
0n the West side of Biscayne Boulevard, from the North curb
line of Northeast 13th Street to the South oprb line of Northeast
22nd Street; also from a point 50 feet North of the North property
line of Northeast 22nd Street to the South curb line of Northeast
23rd Street; also from a point 110.03 feet North of the North
property line of N. E. 23rd Street to the South curb line of 37th
Street; also frori a point 112.879 feet North of the North property
line of N. E. 37th Street to a point 206.48 feet North of the North
property line of N. E. 39th Street.
Grading from curb line to property line.
Laying a sidec:als of concrete 6 feet wide and four inches
deep, except where a suitable uidevialk to proper line and grade
is already in place, the construction of a new sidewalk will be
omitted and credit will be given.
The property against which special assessments for the cost
thereof shall be made is hereby designated District Sk. 67.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, A. D. 1926.
