A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIREMENT

THE CITY OF MIANCI OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID
CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami acquire for
street purposes the following desoribed property, located in the
City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
The West forty-six (46) feet of Lot One
(1) of Block Two (2) of BEVERLY TERRACE,
an addition to the City of Miami, Florida,
according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 11, page 47, of the Public Re-
cords of Dade County, Florida,
and
=TEAS, the above and foregoing described property is neces-
sary and should be acquired by the City of Miami for street purposes;
NO'7, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COWISSIOTT OF THE CITY OF
That the said land hereinafter described and set forth in this
resolution is necessary and should be acquired for street purposes,
and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized and di-
rected to institute the necessary legal proceedings in the name of
the City of Miami for the acquirement by said City by eminent do-
main of the following described property, located in the City of
Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
The West forty-six (46) feet of Lot One
(1) of Block Two (2) of B 'JE}LY TERRACE,
an addition to the City of Miami, Florida,
according to the plat thereof recorded in
Flat Book 11, page 47, of the Public Re-
cord c of Dade County, Florida.
