A RESOLUTION AUTxuRIZING THE ACTING CITY MANAGER
TO PURCHASE CERTAIN LAND NECESSARY IN aiDtAING
BISCAYNE BOULEVARD AND TO PAY THE PRICES FOR SAFE
SET FORTH HEREIN: AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF CER-
TAIN ATTORNEY'S FEE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF l T T:
That the Acting City Manager be, and he is hereby, author-
ized and direotbd to purchase, for and on behalf of the City of
Miami, such land in the approximate areas herein set forth and
described as is necessary to widen Biscayne Boulevard (N. E.
Third Avenue), and to pay for same the prices set opposite the
respeotive descriptions, to -wit:
(a) Lot 5, Block 8, Edgewater,
1,190.19 square feet
Damage to house
Total to be paid owner of
(b) Lot 6, Block 1, Bayonne,
1938.8 square feet
(o) Lot 7, Block 1, Han• ark,
1500 square feet $9,990.00
Damage to Garage apartment . .. . . . 1,010.00
Total to be paid owner of said property . . . . 011,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That $500.00 be allowed for attorney's
fee in connection with the purchase of Lot 7, Block 1, Baiyan, said
fee being in addition to the 011,000 authorized paid to the owner
thereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, A. D. 1926.
