A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT H-317.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a local improvement deeoribed and designated as follows,
shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement H-317 as follows:
On the Federal Highway from the South property line of 55th
Street to the new City limits at NE l21st Street, (said Federal
Highway being already graded to the width of 30 feet and surfaced with
a pavement consisting of 8 inches of compacted rook with 3 inches of
asphalt wearing surface to a width of 18 feet);
Grading 7* feet an each side of said Federal Highway;
Constructing a concrete curb 6 inches wide and 14 inches deep and
a concrete gutter 18 inches wide and 7* inches deep on both sides of
said Federal Highway; or, where more advisable, a concrete gutter -head-
er 18 inches wide and 12 inches deep will be constructed instead of curb
and gutter. Where a suitable curb and gutter or header to the proper
line and grade is already in place the construction of a new curb and.
gutter will be omitted and credit given;
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 3 inches thick upon a founda-
tion of local pit rock not less than 8 inches think, all being to a
width of 13i feet on each side of the said Federal Highway;
Constructing necessary drainage inlets, catch basins and, manholes
for sewers.
The property against which special assessments for the cost thereof
shall be made is hereby designated District H-317.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, A. D. 1926.
