A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT H-316.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a local improvement described and designated as follows,
shall be made under Seotion 56, City Charter:
Improvement H-316, as follows:
0n the Federal Highway, from old city limits at NE 38th Street
to the South property line of 55th Street, (said Federal Highway being
already graded to the width of 30 feet and surfaced with a pavement
consisting of 8-inches of compacted rook with three inches of asphalt
wearing surface to a width of 18 feet);
Grading 5i feet on eaoh side of said Federal Highway;
Constructing a concrete curb 6 inches wide and 14 inches deep
and a concrete gutter 18 inches wide and 72 inches deep on both sides
of said Federal Highway; or, where more advisable, a concrete gutter -
header 18 inches wide and 12 inches deep will be onlatruoted instead
of curb and gutter. Where a suitable curb and gutter or gutter -header
to the proper line and grade is already in plaoe,the oonstrnotion of
a new curb and gutter or gutter -header will be omitted and credit
given;
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 3 inches thick upon a founda
tion of local pit rock not less than 8 inches thick, all being to a
width of 9i feet on each side of said Federal Highway;
Constructing necessary drainage inlets, catch basins and man-
holes for sewers.
The property against which special assessments for the cost
thereof shall be made is hereby designated. District H-316.
