A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING HIGP_WAY IMPROVEMENT 314.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held
at 3:00 otclook P. M., August 23rd, 1926, after legal
notice, heard all objections presented by interested
persons to the confirmation of the resolution order-
ing Highway Improvement 314, and the plans, epeoifi-
cations and estimate of oost thereof, and no objection
was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAL, : That Resolution No. 2862, adopted
Tuly 26th, 1926, ordering Highway Improvement 314 be,
and the same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AID ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, A. D.
1926.
