A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 218
AND AUTHORIZING THE WORK DONE BY CITY
FORCES.
â–ºIHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
3:00 o'clock P. M., Anguet 23rd, 1926, after legal notioe,
hear& all objections presented by interested persona to the
oonfirmation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Surer im-
provement 218, and the plans, specifications and estimate
of cost thereof, and no objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI :
Section 1. That Resolution No. 2838, adopted .ruly
12th, 1926, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 218 be,
and the same is hereby, confirmed.
Section 2. That the work ordered by said Resolution
No. 2838 shall be done by City forces without contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, A. D. 1926.
