A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PAVING OF N. W. 12TH
AVENUE FROM N. W. 1ST STREET TO MIAMI RIVER TO
A WIDTH OF 55FEET AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO.
2839, ADOPTED DULY 12TH? 1926, AND RESOLUTION
NO. 2855, ADOPTED JULY 26TH, 1926.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COWrSSION OF THE CITY OF MIAIIL:
Section 1. That N. W. 12th Avenue, from N. W. lst
Street to Miami River, shall be and is hereby ordered
paved to a width of 55 feet, and the plans, specifications
and contract are hereby authorized amended so as to provide
for same.
Section 2. That Resolutio4 No. 2839, adopted July 12th,
1926, and Resolution No. 2855, adopted July 26th, 1926, both
of said resolutions relating to reduction of width of said
12th Avenue, be, and the same are hereby, cancelled and re-
pealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of Aukuet, A. D. 1926.
