A RESOLUTION AGREEING TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEIOINT
WITH THE FLORIDA EAST COAST MIDWAY COMPANY TO
CROSS THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND UNDER THE TRACKS OF
SAID RAILWAY COMPANY WITH SANITARY 8101at PIPES AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C0MMISSI aN OF THE CITY OF Wriorr :
Section 1. That the City of Miami, Florida, a municipal cor-
poration of the State of Florida, does hereby contract and, agree to
enter into an agreement with the Florida East Coast Railway Company,
a corporation, wherein and whereby said City of Miami is granted the
right and privilege to cross the right of way and under the tracks aC
said Railway Company at Miami, Florida, with a thirty (30) inch cast
iron Sanitary Sewer Pipe located five an3 five -tenths (5.5) feet
eastwardly from the westerly street line of North Sayer ore Drive be-
tween N,E. Sixth and N.E. Seventh Streets in the said City of Miami.
The top of said pipe to be not less than two (2) feet below bottom
of tie, as set forth and contained in copy of proposed agreement at-
taohed hereto and made a part hereof, by express reference.
Section 2. That the doting City Manager with the attestation
of the City Clerk of said City, be and they hereby are authorized
and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of said
City.
Section 3. That said resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
