A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REFUND OF
^,478.50 TO THE CHAIJBER OF COMMERCE FOR
TAXES PAID FOR THE YEAR 1925 AND CAN-
CELLIITG TADS ASSESSED FOR THE YEAR 1926.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C00ETISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
Section 1. That the Director of Finance be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to refund to the Miami Chamber
of Commerce the sum of 478.50 for taxes assessed against the
followin.4 described property owned by the Chamber of Commerce
for the year 1925, to -wit:
"Beginning on the South line on 14th Street
at a point 14b feet East, from the East line
of Avenue "C" in the City of Miami, Florida;
thence run East along the South line of 14th
Street a distance of 50 feet; thence run South
parallel to East line of Avenue "C" a distance
to the center line of the spur track of the
Florida East Coast Railway's right of way as
new location constructed for a distance of
50 feet; thence running North 120 feet to the
point of beginning".
Section 2. That the Director of Finahce is further author-
ized and directed to cancel the taxes assessed for the year 1926
against the property hereinabove described in the amount of e,558.25.
