A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT H-315
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a looal improvement desoribed and designated as
follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement H-315 as follows:
On Bisoayne Boulevard (it. E. 3rd Avenue) from center
line of N, E. 13th Street to 821 North of 32nd. Street, and
from 114.51 North of 33rd Street to 219.51 North of N. E.
39th Street.
Grading between curbs;
Constructing a concrete ourb 6 inches wide and 14 inches
deep and a concrete gutter 18 inches wide and 7* inches deep
on both sides of the street, except that where suitable curb
and gutter to proper line and grade are already in place the
construction of a new curb and gutter will be omitted and.
credit will be given.
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 3 inches thick, upon
a foundation of local pit rook not less than 8 inches think, all
being 65 feet wide and extending from curb to curb. Providing
neoessary drainage inlets, oatoh-basins and manholes for sewers.
The property against which special assessments for the cost
thereof shall be made 1s hereby designated District H-315.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of hugest, A. D. 1926.
