A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION ORDER-
ING SANITARY SEwhH IMPROVEMENT 205.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'olook P. 11., August 9th, 1926, after legal notice, heard
all objeotions presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
205, and the plans, speoifioations and estimate of coat there-
of, and no objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2873, adopted July 26th,
1926, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 205 be, and the same
is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of August, A. D. 1926.
