BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a local improvement described and designated as follows,
shall be made under Section 56, City Charter;
Sanitary Sewer Improvement 204 as follows:

a point 205 feet South,
On the West side of Biscayne Boulevard from NE 14th Street to
a point 355 feet South,
On both the East and. West sides of Biscayne Boulevard from NE
14th Street to NE 14th Terrace,

15th Terrace to a point 82 feet South,
