WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
3:00 overlook P. Y., July 26th, 1926, after legal notice,
hear& all objeatioas presented. by interested persona to
the confirmation of the Resolution ordering Storm Newer
Improvement 212, an& the plans, speoitieatioas and esti-
mates of cost thereof, and no objection was sustained;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL1XD 8Y THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF VTIUI: That Resolution No1 2834, adopted.
July 6th, 1926, ordering Storm Sewer Improvement 212, be,
and the same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of July, A. D.
1926.
