WEEMS, the City Commission at a meeting held at

heard all objections presented. by interested persona to
the confirmation of the revolution ordering Sanitary Sewer
Improvement 216, and the plans, specifications andestimate
of oast thereof, and no objection was sustained;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYTES COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF NTAUT: That Resolution No. 2829, adopted July
6th, 1926, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 216 be, an&
the same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of
