WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00 0toloor P. 26, July 26th, 1926, after legal notice, heard all objections presented by interested persons to the confirmation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 214, and the plans, speoifioations and estimate of coat thereof, and no objection was sustained; sow, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY of RIM: That Resolution No. 2828. adopted July 6th, 1926, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 214, be, anti the same is hereby, oonfirmed.
