MEETS H-270, 8-271,.11-272
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami met on hilt
26th, 1926, after due legal notioe for the purpose of hearing
any objections to the aoeeptanoe of Highway Improvements 270,
271, 272 and 309; sad
WHEREAS, it is shown by the report of the City nnagsr,
which has been duly filed for indentifioation, that the said
improvement in the City of Miami, !Florida has been proper/1
and oompletely dons and is in oonibruity to the plans, profiles,
details, drawings and speoifioations of the City 'Mager as a-
dopted by the Commission of the City of Miami for suoh improve-
ment, and being satisfied that said work has been done and oom-
pleted in a000rdanoe with the profiles, details, drawings and
epeoifioations, +
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMUTSSION OF THE
CIPY OF UTAVT: That the said work in said Highway Improvement
Distriots 270, 271, 272 and 309 be, and the same is hereby ac-
cepted by the Commission of the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of July, A. D. 1926.
