A RESOLUITION CONFIRMP8'LLIMIURT ASSES
ROLLS FOR . HIGHWAY . INPROYERENT 263. AND SANITARY
LATERAL INPROVEMENTS 4, 7, 8 . AND 9.
WHEREAS. the Commission of the Ctty of Miami, Florida, met on the
26th day of .Tiny, 1926, pursuant to due legal notice of said meeting
under Seetion 56, City Charter, to hear all written objections to the
confirmation of the preliminary assessment rolls for the cost of work
in Highway Improvement District 263 and in Sanitary Lateral Sewer Die-
triots 4, 7, 8 and 9; and
WHEREAS, no objections thereto were sustained, and the said assess-
ment roll appearing in all respeote regular and in aoeordenoe with the
requirements and provisions of the City Charter;
NOW, TORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COI MISSION OF THE CITY OF MZAMI:
T. That the prima facie assessments, as apportioned and indicated in
paid preliminary assessment rolle be, and they are hereby, in all things,
oonfirmed and sustained against any and all lots or paroele of ground
described therein.
2. That the sums and amounts assessed against each of the lots or
parcels of ground is specially benefitted by said improvement and that
suoh amounts are in proportion to the speoial benefits that the property
received and that the proportion of said posts to be paid by the City of
Miami on a000unt of highway intersections is the sum set forth opposite
the Same therein.
3. That the total cost of the said improvements in the sums follow-
ing, to -wit:
Highway Improvement 263 $74,378.47
Sanitary Lateral Sewer 4 8,900.b4
Sanitary Lateral Sewer 7 4,786.07
Sanitary Lateral Sewer 8 4,278.80
Sanitary Lateral Sewer 9 6,840.89,
be, and the same are hereby, approve& and confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of July, 1. D. 1926.
