A RTSOLIITION AUTHORIZING CERTAIN WOBX is
CONNECTION MITE THE WIDENING OF THE STREETS
SET FORTH HEREIN, AND.PROTIDING APPROPRIAT-
ION FOR PAYMENT,OF COST OF. TES WORK. .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YIAMI:
1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, sathor-
ized to have moved the two frame houses and two large 0000unt
trees looated on Lots 11 and 26, Spaulding Subdivision, on N.
24th Street, at the ooat of •600.00.
2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, author-
ized to have moved the frame house looated on South Miami Avenue
at Kirk Avenue at a ooat of #
S. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, author-
ized to have altered the building situated on Lot 2, Block 76
North, at a most of $475.00.
4. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, author-
ized to have moved the several structures on S.W. 22nd Street at
a ooat of #500.00.
5. That the sum of $ be, and is hereby, appro-
priated from the Bond Fund for Street Widening purposes, B-58.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of July, A. D. 1926.

We have an agreement with prop
deed to the City a five foot strip of land for sidewalk
purposes, off of Lots 11 and 26, SPAULDING SUBDIVISION, on
24th Strprovided the City will set back two frame
--houses
uses and two large coconut trees, the cost of which is
estimated at $600.00.
As you know, we are paving this street to a width
of 30' at the presenttime, and if you approve will you .please
have Resolution passed authorizing the above expenditure under
the terms recited?
