A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING M ORGA-RTI•L PAVING
COMPANY TO PAYE CERTAIN PORTION OF.S. W..8TH
STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAiI:
That the Morgan -Hill Paving Company be; and they
are hereby, authorized to lay wearing course on Mr 8th Strert
on that portion of said street now unsurfaoed, suoh work to be
done in a000rdanoe with plans and epeoifications for City Pav-
ing contract Pv-76, and at and for the unit prides bid by said
Morgan Hill Paving Company for said Contract Pv.76.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the portion of the cost
of the above work to be paid for by the City of Miami shall
not emceed the sum of $15,000.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of July, A. D. 1926.
