EASEMENT TO MIAMI WATER =turf IN THE F0 M. SET
FORTH HEREIN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TBZ COIWISSION OF TBE CITY of MIAMI:
That the City imager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to asseute, for and on behalf of the City of Miami. Florida, an easement
to Miami Water Company in the following form, to -wit:
KNOW ALI HERBY TRESS PRESENTS: That the City of Miami,
a municipal oorporation organized and existing under the laws
of the State of Florida, in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar (11.00), and other good and valuable considerations, the
reoeipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant to
Miami Water Company, a corporation organized anal existing under
the laws of the State of Florida, and to its suooessors and
assigns, the right, privilege and easement to April fulth, 1955,
to construct, operate and maintain water mains, pipes, oonneotione
and appurtenant equipment for the distribution and oonveyanoe of
water in, under, upon and across the following described proper-
ty in the City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida,to-wit:
That pertain Park of the City of Miami, Florida, bounded
on the North by Northwest Thirty-ninth Street, on the
East by Northwest Seventh Avenue, on the South by North-
west Thirty-sixth Street, and on the 'Set by Northwest
Tenth Avenue, Miami, Florida,
the course heretofore located and marked out for such construction,
operation and maintenance being described as follows:
A 12 ft. strip on Northwest Eighth Avenue as and. it
extended South across the above -mentioned Park,
together with the right of ingress and egress to inspect
alter,
improve, repairand. relocate along the route above -described, such
mains, pipes, connections and appurtenant equipment, together with

all rights and privileges necessary or convenient for the
full enjoyment or the use thereof, for the purposes above -
described, and also the right to enter over adjoining lands
of grantor for the purpose of exercising the rights torsi
privileges herein granted.
