A RESOLUTION AGREEING TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT WITH FLORIDA EAST COAST RAIL-
WAY COMPANY FOR CROSSING RIGHT-OF-WAY
OF SAID RAILWAY COMPANY WITH HIGH PRES-
SURE WATER MAINS, AND AUTHORIZING EXE-
CUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
1. That the City of Miami, Florida, a munioipal oorpor-
ation of the State of Florida, does hereby contrast and agree
to enter into an agreement with the Florida East Coast Railway
Company, a oorporation, wherein and whereby said City of Miami
is granted the right and privilege to Dross the right-of-way of
said Railway Company, under its tracks with four (4) high pres-
sure water mains and two (2) storm sewers of the sizes and di-
mensions and at the points and locations and on the further terms
and conditions each and every, as set forth and contained in copy
of proposed agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof, by
express reference.
2. That the City Manager with the attestation of the City
Clerk of said City, be and they hereby are authorized and direct-
ed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of said City.
3. That said resolution shall take effect immediately up-
on its passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, A.D. 1926.
