1 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SEVER npRommanrs 201, 128A,
166, AND SANITARY LATERAL IMPROVEMENT 6.
WH R!AS, the Commission met on July 19th, 1926, after due
legal notioe, for the purpose of hearing any objeotions to the
aooeptanoe of Sewer improvements 201, 126A, 166 and Sanitary
Lateral Improvement 6, and no objeotions having been filed, and
WHEREAS, it is shown by the report of the City Manager, which
has been duly tiled for identification, that the maid improve-
ments in the Districts aforesaid, have been properly and com-
pletely done, and are in conformity to the plans, profiles, de-
tails, drawings and apeoifioatione of the City Manager as adopt-
ed by the Commission of the City of Miami for suoh improvements,
and being aatisfied that said work has been done and completed
in accordance with the said profiles, details, drawings and speoi
fioations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF Ml dill: That the said work in said improvement distriots be,
and the same is hereby, accepted by the Commission of the City
of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, A. D. 1926.
