W 1111111111 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI: SECTION 1. That the City Manager of the City of Miami be and he is hereby authorized and inatruoted to issue a permit, granting and giving, insofar as is within the power of the City of Miami. to the Seaboard A11 Florida Railway, a Florida Corporation, permission to construct, operate and maintain a line of standard gauge railway across the follow- ing named streets, highways and public thoroughfares in the City of Miami, at the planes herein designated: HIGHWAY NW 36th Street NW N.
