Gentlemen:
I respectfully silk for • reduction in the assessed valuation
on Lots 6-9-10-11-12 and lS Block 1CB. Lawrence Estate, Located
out SW 12th Avenue. between llth and 12th streets.
The prevent assessment fixes a value of *6.600 on inside lots
end $11,400 on corner lots.
Note attached map showing assessed value 12 Ave. :S.W. only
two blocks South, in Block 1 being $3,GO0. for dame size inside
lot.
Also note that on u.1. 17 Ave. only two blooks rarest an assess-
ment of $3,000. for the same size lots.
The Lots on 12 Ave. in Block 108, between llth and 12th St.,
cannot be worth more than TEN PE.RCKNT of the velum of a lot on the
save avenue only two blooks further South.
If this is true, I respectfully ask that the inside lots in
Block B be appraised eat a value of 13600. plus 10 per cent of $360,
which will equal 13,960.

I filed with your honorable body a plat showing a subdivi-
sion palled "wATS027 UUAN'1I". located within the City limits, or •-
tended, end being about four and one -ball (40) miles west of the
County Court -house end be)ng in at of section 28, Township 63,
Range 41 twat.
It wee my intention to fill In the low land. clear it up,
put down atroetn and sidewalks and the necessary public utili -
ties.
I find that the necessary ierprovevents will cost more than
I could effori tc: spend en it. I therefore have decider; to keep
the land in its prevent ocndition and endeavor t:: sell it se
acreage for feotories or commercial purpose:4. I therefore ask
that the plat or subdivision be cancelled and made of no offuct
whatsoever as such. I have Gild no iota nor have l offered any
for sale.

has any pert of it been sold or offered for sale. There is no

or 3 years.

1926 Assessment on improvements on Aorth 75 feet of Lots 23
and 24. Bloat 2, shove *8750 *lob being 26% of the value of build-
ing worth *27,000. This building was ereoted two years ago et sn
setael cost of $11,000. Allowing 10% per year for depreciation on
the same should maks it worth about $9,000 today. This would indi-
cate that s fair sone:wed value should be about $2,500.
There is also an item of 0400 essensment on improvements on the
Mouth 75 feet of the same lots, while there ere no actual improve -
went* on the property. It is reoant.
