The prevent assessment fixes a value of *6.600 on inside lots end $11,400 on corner lots. Note attached map showing assessed value 12 Ave. :S.W. only two blocks South, in Block 1 being $3,GO0. for dame size inside lot. Also note that on u.1. 17 Ave. only two blooks rarest an assess- ment of $3,000. for the same size lots. The Lots on 12 Ave. in Block 108, between llth and 12th St., cannot be worth more than TEN PE.RCKNT of the velum of a lot on the save avenue only two blooks further South. If this is true, I respectfully ask that the inside lots in Block B be appraised eat a value of 13600. plus 10 per cent of $360, which will equal 13,960.
