A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CERTAIN
EXPENDITURES IN CONNECTION WITH
STREET WIDElING OH NW 5TH AND NW
24TH STREETS.
WHEREAS, is the widening of NW 5th Street it is
necessary to move a two-story frame house and re-oonneot
plumbing at an expense of $ 0O.00, same being on Lot 3,
Block 67-North, and
WHEREAS, in the widening of NW 24th Street it is
necessary to re -connect the sewer at Lot 23, ',SPAULDING
SUBDIVISION", at an expense of *74.00,
N0W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COIMISSION
OF THE CITY OFMAT:
Section 1. That the City Imager be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to have the above set
forth work performed.
Section 2. That the sum of $b74.00 be, and is
hereby, appropriated from Street Widening Bond Fund,
designated Fund B-58, for the purpose.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of Ju y, A. D.

We have an agreement from the owner of Lot 3,
Block 67-Yorth, on NW 5th Street, to dedicate a 10 foot strip
to the City, if the City will move a two-story frame house
back and re -connect the plumbing. 'We estimate this will cost
$500.00.
If this meets with your asoproval, will you please
have a Resolution passed authorizing the expenditure of this
c.mount from Bond Fund 3-58 - Street Widening.

stand the cost of re-connectimg the sewer, occasioned by the
widening of this street.
We have a bid from a plumber to do this work
for the 211M of 074.00. If it meets with your approval,
you please have Resolution -aassed authorizing this empenditure
from Bond Fund - Street Widening.
