A RESOLUTION REDUCING THE WIDTH OF PAYING
TO BE CONSTRUCTED ON N. W. 12TH AVENUE
BETWEEN N. W. 7TH STREET AND THE MIAMI RIV-
ER.
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Director of
Public Servioe have recommended the reduotion in width
of paving to be laid on N. W. 12th Avenue between N. W.
7th Street and the Miami River, from 59 feet to 48 feet,
and
WAS, .the City MBhnager reports that the oon-
traotor has agreed in writing to the modification of the
oontraot for such work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COM66ISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That the width of paving to be constructed on
N. W. 12th Avenue, between N. W. 7th Street and the Miami
River, in Highway Improvement District H-304, under City
Paving Contraot Pv. 75, be, and the same is hereby, order-
ed reduced from the width of 59 feet curb to curb to the
width of 48 feet curb to curb.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of July, 1926.
