BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY ON I Ii]II :
That a local improvement described and designated
as follows, shall be made tinder Section 56, City Charter:
Sanitary Sewer Improvement Sr-218 as follows:
Dying an 8" Vitrified Sanitary Sewer on both sides
of I. N. 36th Street, between N. T. it Lwenv,e and M1. X.
Ord Avenue.
Neoessary manholes, appurtenances an. oomssotione.
Relaying street and sidewalk pavements and curbs and
gutters where witch re2.aying is made necessary by the im-
provement.
The property against which special assessments for
the poet thereof RM ' be made is hereby designated
District Sr-218.
PISSED AND ADOPTED this l2th day of July, A. D.
