AND DIRECTING THECITYATTORNEY TO PREPARE
FORMAL AGREEME3!! FOR. P. REPAYMENT OF THE
SAID '10,000. TO BE ADVANCED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COMMISSION OF TBX CITY OF MIAMI:
Seotion 1. That the City Manager be, and he'is
hereby, authorized and direoted to furnish and equip the
new Golf Clubhouse at Miami -Hialeah Golf Links at a ooet
of #10,000.
Seotion 2. That the oost of furnishing and equip-
ping said Clubhouse shall be paid from finds to be advanc-
ed by Curtiss -Bright Properties in a000rdanoe with their
offer.
Seotion a. That the City Attorney is hereby dir-
octed to prepare formal agreement for the repayment of the
said $10,000. to be so advanoed and submit same to the Com-
mission for approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of duly, 1926.
