That looal improvement des3ribed and designated as follows, shall
be made under Seotion 5C, 31ty Charter:

From N.W. 8th Street to N.W. 7th Street a 24" Vit. Pipe Storm Sower

From 7th Avenue to Canal a 72" x 48" Concrete Storm Sewer
Necessary inlets, catch -basins, manholes and appurtenances.
Relaying street and sidewalk pavements and ourbs and gutters
where such relaying is made necessary by the improvement.
The property against which special assessments for the cowt
thereof shall be made is hereby designated District Sr.
