A RESOLUTION DIRECTING TEE PUBLICATION
OF NOTICE FOR OBJECTIONS TO SEWER IM-
PROVEMENTS 128-A, 155 AND 201 AND SANI-
TARY SEWER MATERn LHPROVEMENT 6.
WHEREAS the City Manager has reported that John J.
Wuinn Company have completed the improvements in Districts
Sr-1 IT Sr-201 and SaI-6, and that J. B. McCrary Engineering
Corporation have completed the improvements in District
Sr-128-A, in accordance with the plans and specifications
for said improvements, and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication
of a notice for objections of :gersons interested in and
affected by said im-orovements as to the acceptance thereof
by the Commission,

authorized and directed to publish a notice 1i a newspaper
-oublished in. the City oflaami that at a raeetinC of the City
Commission to be held on July 19th, 1926, the Commission will
hear any objections of 'persons interested in or affected by
e 1:7!rovement L2 to the acceptance by the CoLnission.
