A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE, FOR AID ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF MIMI, A BILL OF SALE TO NIA= WATER

CONUECTIOYS IN THE B172NA VISTA SECTION
OF MAUI.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COI= ON OF THE CITY OF EIAMI:
Section 1. That the City Manager be, andhe is hereby, author-
ized and empowered to execute for andon behalf of the City of Miami
a bill of sale transferring to the Miami Water Company all the water
mains, pipes and connections and appurtenances in that art of the
City of Miami known as the Buena Vista Section.
Section 2. That the bill of ale hereinabove authorize& shall
be in the following form, to -wit:
