WHEREAS, it appears in the widening of N. W. 5th
Street, it is necessary to make alterations to the build-
ing situated on Lot 3 of Block 76, North, and.
WHEREAS, the owner of said building has agreed to
make the necessary alterations in consideration of the
sum of 875.00,
NOW, � .EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TiE OMISSION OF
TEE CITY OF I.III: That the Director of Finance be, and
he is hereby, authorized and directed to Pay to the owner
of the building situated on the Property described above,
the sum of .";875.00 upon the completion of the alterations
necessary to be made to sail building by reason of street
va ening improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this Gth day of July, A. D. 1926.
